Letter from the current President

Greetings and Salutations ADTSEA Family. Thank you for your trust and confirmation as YOUR President. You provided a welcoming warm climate for the conference in Wichita, KS. which produced an OUSTANDING conference. Your engagement and feedback had all participants leaving with the feeling of knowing that they had made a wise investment for attending. Let's take a quick look at the contributors of success:

NSSP- You welcomed them warmly, supported their cause and outreach and collaborated with them at all opportunities. Since the young adults are our future, ensure that all of the advisors and background persons support our students. BUT, Let's not stop there...let's continue the rise to the TOP as we engage more chapters and students and provide them with state and regional sponsors and support so that more students may attend Albany, NY 2024.

Exhibitors- WHAT a PROFESSIONAL SHOWCASE. ADTSEA attendees engaged with them, respected them, and provided them the evidence as to why their contributions are invaluable. BUT, Let's not stop there...let's continue the rise to the TOP by informing ADTSEA of any other exhibitors who can highly and professionally contribute as we prepare for Albany, NY 2024.

Committees- Your commitment to assist with the committees to ensure that we had a great conference was phenomenal. All sessions were engaging, highly informative, and FUN. BUT, Let's not stop there...let's continue the rise to the TOP by joining and participating in the committee meetings as we prepare for Albany, NY 2024.

First Time Attendees- Welcome to your First of many ADTSEA conferences and welcome to the family. We trust you felt the love that makes this association so valuable. We also look forward to your insight and input as you go forward. BUT, Let's not stop there...let's continue the rise to the TOP as you tell others about the success that ADTSEA can provide them as we prepare for Albany, NY 2024.

ADTSEA- THIS MEAN YOU! You make and provide success to YOUR organization. You have been able to get a glimpse to the behind the scenes work that makes our conferences and organization successful…the ADTSEA Staff, the Kansas committee,  our retirees, our present and past Kaywood Award winners, our Past Presidents, our present and past TEA award winners, the Committee Chairs, the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and, YOU, the attendees. BUT, Let's not stop there...let's continue the rise to the TOP by attending Albany, 2024 and bringing 2 or more persons to Albany, NY 2024.

Many thanks ADTSEA family. Let's not stop here…let's continue to rise at Albany and beyond.

Educationally,

Harold Fleming, ADTSEA, President
