The Annual ADTSEA Conference brings together national leaders in traffic safety and driver education in the interest of quality programs. This is an opportunity to come together and share information that is a valuable part of our continued education.

ADTSEA program planners prepare an extensive list of presenters to include national leaders, motivational speakers, and awards recognition. The sessions are designed to assist attendees by providing contact hours to meet Professional Development requirements.

How to Understand and Engage Gen Z and Preparing for Gen Alpha

Have you ever wondered what your students are talking about with their slang? If so, then this is the presentation for you. This presentation will cover Generation Z and what makes them tick. How does Gen Z process information? What type of stimuli do they experience? Can they really multi-task? You will learn some of their language and learn how to use it to engage your current students in the classroom. We will also talk about how to prepare for the next generation, which is generation alpha and what we have learned in this last year and half with Covid.
