WTSEA is a NON-PROFIT service
organization which came into being in 1964, to support traffic safety
education teachers, programs, and legislation. Its members are people who are

THIS IS NOT A TAX, the funding would come from Traffic Violations as it did prior to 2002. We need 225,000 valid voter signatures by 3 July for this Initiative to be put on the November Ballot.
