I heard from Mr. Causby again yesterday afternoon. He had been in direct contact with Philp Price who confirmed the per pupil allocation of $238.04. It's going to take some "belt tightening", but it could have been much worse. Additional comments by Gene state that reversions rose up and "bite us in the rear again." The per pupil allotment is determined after the revisions were subtracted.
