No cut in support personnel
100 position cut at DPI in 1st year of biennium
200 position cut at DPI in 2nd year of biennium
Eliminates all tests not required by federal government
1 year moratorium on ABC bonuses
These are some of the highlights. Of course, this is just a proposal. The House will release their version of the budget shortly and then a conference committee will reconcile the differences in the Governor’s proposals, the Senate’s and the House.
