The Survey

Session Law 2010-31, Section 28.2 requires the Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) to study the North Carolina Driver Education Program and make recommendations to the General Assembly no later than November 1, 2010. In addition to working with the Department of Public Instruction (DPI), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), we believe that it is important to obtain certain information from the Local Education Agencies (LEAs). Therefore, we would like for you to take a few minutes to respond to this survey. Due to the short time period that OSBM has to complete the study and report to the General Assembly, we would appreciate your prompt response by having the survey completed and submitted by September 30, 2010.
